It has a very sleek design with straps at the shoulders and then the actual sleeves hang off the shoulders. It zips up the back and is fully lined. Wear with heels or flats and it could be good for work, parties, dates, etc. I love the strip of fabric running from the neckline down both the front and the back of the dress. It has a slit in the front for ease of movement. It is in excellent, pre-owned condition and may not have been worn.
