Made out soft black cotton (100% cotton) this dress features understated inverted cross print on the skirt and a nice comfy hood. The sleeves are adorable off the shoulder style and there is a pick-a-boo window in the back. The skirt is hi-lo style to expose those boots. The dress closes with small hooks in the front.
